What age can my child start a create dance class?

Children can start at the age of 3 years.

Do you take new students at anytime throughout the term?

Yes we would welcome your child if we have availability in the class.

How much do classes cost?

An hour class is £5. This can be paid through cash, cheque or BACS transfer.

When are the classes?

The days and times of the classes vary according to the area. Our term dates usually are the same as the local schools. Please check out the timetable.

What does my child wear to class?

T shirt and leggings/ shorts/track suit bottoms. Trainers or bare feet. You will be given a uniform order form if you would like to purchase any uniform at your convivence.

I do not have any dance experience, can I still attend the adult and over 50’s classes?

Yes of course, we welcome non-experienced to experienced dancers in all of our classes.

Will I have the chance to perform?

Yes of course, we have an annual show where you will have the opportunity to perform to family and friends in theatres, online or through class sharing’s.

Can my child do a trial?

Yes we offer a two week trial class for £10. There is no uniform, just wear t-shirt and leggings, trainers and a drink. Come and join the fun!

Are your classes safe with Covid-19?

Yes, we take the safety of our staff and pupils very seriously. We have a robust risk assessment in place in all classes with a list of covid secure measures in place.

Safeguarding policy

We have a robust safeguarding policy at Create Dance to ensure everyone is working in a safe and secure environment. Parents are able to request to see the policy at all times. All staff and assistants require a clear enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service). Create dance works with the local authority child protection department if an issue arises.
